The Guest Services Lead will be responsible for assisting with coordinating and leading certain aspects of the hotel guest services operations and activities, as assigned. Ensures successful outcome of hotel guest concerns. Must provide attentive, courteous, and efficient customer service to all guests, clients, etc. according to hotel standards.
