As a retail warehouse lead you will be responsible for the overall operational/retail efficiency of product & its movement within the Liverpool warehouse, clearance location & showroom floor.

What You’ll Do…

• Ensure the maintenance & presentation of the Clearance location & warehouse.
• Physically accept/receive deliveries/transfers of product from AFI, warehouse or 3rd party vendors.
• Complete all paperwork related to inventory & merchandise transfers partnering with Retail Operations Coordinator to report variances
• Assemble furniture designated for the main showroom & clearance location
• Facilitate the physical movement of product between warehouse, clearance location & showroom floor
• Make clearance tags following the SOP & partnership of the GM & design team
• Complete pick up tickets & deliver a five star experience to guests
• Coordinate & handle communication & closure to customer service issues & inquiries
• Oversee the daily activities & performance of the showroom porter(s) including the completion of weekly scheduling & payroll, counseling for progressive disciplinary & performance reviews, recruiting & hiring in partnership with GM
• Complete weekly inventory cycle counts of clearance location & warehouse
• Reposition spotlight lighting on the showroom floor following the SOP & guidance of designer
• Assist with generating sales in clearance location when there’s overflow of traffic
• Implement & remain in compliance with workplace safety standards

What We’re Looking For…

• High School Diploma/GED
• Physical strength to lift, lower, push or pull furniture up to 100lbs.
• Strong people & communication skills
• Previous work history of supervisory or lead responsibilities
• Adaptability, dependability, resourceful, critical thinking skills, attentive to detail & organized
• Ability to educate & motivate employees & establish & maintain effective working relationships
