Welcome! We are The Springs Harrison, an established Long Term Care and Rehabilitation facility in the Harrison, AR community and we are looking to add nurses to our amazing team of care providers.

Charge Nurse Responsibilities:

(Including but not limited to:)

• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts. We are hiring both FT and PT.
• There are med passes periodically throughout both shifts. Physically, this requires standing, stooping, pushing a med cart, and good interpersonal skills.
• Charting is expected to be completed by the end of each shift.
• Willingness to assist CNAs with direct care of residents when needed.
• Assist during meals (dayshift)
• Critical thinking skills-- essential to providing proper care during emergency situations.
•  Good communication skills
