Great position for a retired or otherwise "chilling out" Senior Sales person (Account Rep, Sales Exec, Realtor etc.) or a Sales Exec/Realtor who wants to supplement their income and earn a little extra cash to support hobbies, take a vacation or help the kids with college etc.

We are several family-owned businesses in a period of transformation and growth. Our family of companies is located in Stevens Point, WI and includes The Wellness Spa, The Wellness School, Qi Garden Salt Spa and Water Dragon Inn.

We need a person mainly to help us 1) Sell bookings at Water Dragon Inn and 2) Recruit new students for our Massage Therapy School.

Compensation is negotiable and depends on Sales and achieving targets, but approximate compensation for the year is probably around $15,000 a year for a successful performance (this statement is not a guarantee of compensation, but an estimate.

Water Dragon Inn is a successful AirBnB type property with 5 acres and a solid foundation of 5 star results and a 4 year track record. The Wellness School is a new school, but affiliated with (and on the same property as) The Wellness Spa - a 30-year old regional Destination Spa with a strong reputation and a history of serving over 80,000 clients during that time. We simply need help to sell in areas where our team does not have capacity due to how busy they already are.

Desired Background

- Experience in a Senior Level Sales position where autonomy and successful performance were important.

- Experience in full-cycle sales - from Lead Generation through to close.

- Experience leveraging Guerilla/Low Cost Marketing and Advertising Efforts.

- Experience using zero cost Social Media and other online marketing to promote services.

- Experience with high-end, high touch clientele.

- Booking Rental Properties experience preferred.

- Experience with selling services preferred.

- Some recruiting experience preferred.

This position is remote and can be filled as either a W2 employee or 1099 Contractor.
