Branch Manager - Phoenix Weir ESCO Phoenix, Arizona Onsite Purpose of Role: Leverage your broad skill set to Lead an exception team with deep customer ties and a preferred supplier status, driving vision of the customer strategy to maximize our market potential. Collaborate across functional teams to create and drive the activities of inside and outside sales, including, Weir safety standards, purchasing, and coordination with other functions, such as products, operations and engineering teams. Manage all aspects of the support team, optimizing results and customer satisfaction with timely communication.

Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for driving and delivering key financial results, expanding core and complementary products and services; maximizing sales year over year while ensuring and maintaining appropriate profit margins.
- Maintains and updates strategic business plans and submits AFE's in support of business growth and routinely meets with the management group to develop sales strategies and goals to support local and division markets.
- Customer focused, responsible for managing and providing professional and efficient customer service for assigned market.
- Builds site fabrication capabilities to meet market needs; establishes fabrication service and repair as a competitive advantage for ESCO in the region.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field from four-year college or university.
- Passion for Safety
- Three or more years of sales, commercial or market growth experience required.
- Five or more years of industry related experience for the market served preferred.
