- To be fully knowledgeable of all the food and beverage menus
- To be able to prepare and present all hot and cold beverage items
- To have good knowledge of drink ingredients and be able to explain them to a guest with confidence
- To have a good understanding of licensing laws and trade standard regulations
- To understand your responsibility in relation to Health and Safety, Food Safety and Fire Safety
- To carry out jobs as directed by the management team
