Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Associate at The Webb Agency. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships.

Your day-to-day tasks will include calling people who expressed an interest in insunace. This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work independently and remotely.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to be coachable
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred, but not required

This is a commission only position, you must be comfortable and excited about this! There is no cap on your income, you can make as little as $1,000 a month to $30,000 a month depending on your effort.
