The Waters of Winchester is hiring for a Part Time Receptionist. 

Full Time Monday - Friday 8AM through 4:30PM

Job Knowledge/Duties:

• Acts appropriately under the direction of the Administrator 
• Demonstrates ability to adjust to changes in unit/shift assignments to meet facility needs
• Provides clerical support to the Administrator and respective disciplines
• Assists with answering phones, COVID Screening, Facility Family Visits
• Interacts with residents, family members, co-workers, clinical and ancillary staff 
• Creates and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis as well as a calm environment throughout the facility
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning
