• Salary: 70000.00 - 80000.00 Annually

We are looking for and innovative and professional Dining Room Manager to oversee all service operations in our new Independent Living Community. This venue is equivalent to a multi star hotel environment. The Dining Room Manager is responsible for ensuring that the service program offers superior and innovative service to our residents/guests and public. The venues at this community include a street level public Bistro, The Mark ( our 5 star dining room, 106 seats), The Taboon (Bar and Grill, 76 seats) in addition to a Sky Lounge on the 20th floor and internal catered events. The Dining Room Manager will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop thriving teams whose goal is excellence in service. The community is scheduled to open July1, 2024. Experience in managing bars is required in addition to managing start up venues. A current MAST permit is also required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 years supervisory experience in the restaurant/food industry
• Knowledge of scheduling and training staff
• Proven Leader
• Team Builder
• Experienced Educator
• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and online systems
• Great communication skills
