The primary responsibilities of the position include:

Warmlywelcomes customers and team members, ensuring a positive, welcoming, andengaging environment

Abides byservice speed requirements without compromising beverage quality or customerservice, including third-party orders

Preparesand serves coffee and coffee-less beverages and food items using retailequipment, such as espresso machines and convection ovens

Maintainsclean and organized work and customer areas, following health and safetyguidelines

Createsnew coffee offerings and seasonal specials boost sales

Handlescredit transactions

Supportstraining and mentors new team members during their onboarding process

Managesdaily, weekly, and monthly tasks assigned by the leadership team

Handlescustomer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly

Assistsin inventory management and restocks supplies as needed, including productdisplays

Proficientat working independently during shifts with self-directed initiative andminimal supervision

Occasionallifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 50 lbs

Constantlyreceives and exchanges detailed information through oral communication

Abilityto thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with attentionto detail

Excellentcustomer service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality
