As the Financial Systems Manager you will lead the DFS SAP Security processes with a focus on GRC, SAP SOX controls for the Enterprise. This will include but not limited to provide continuous SAP process controls, implementation, and transformation of Security reporting solutions, develop testing plans, issues resolution, and end user support. This role will lead and process SAP Security governance requests, including capturing organization financial system requirements, and validating all SAP finance job role changes. Lead small to medium projects in partnership within controllership teams on SAP SOX user access related controls. Testing scripts and records involved in both SAP and Workday releases.
The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the SAP Security process. Preferably experience in implementing a GRC system. The candidate should have strong client service relationship skills, to be able to interact and partner with Technical, Business unit organizations, and External auditors. Excellent communication skills, work in a fast paced environment, and adaptable to business priority changes with ease.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, California is $128,700.00 to $157,100.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Full Time
