Our goal is to provide a springboard for launching a successful career at The Walt Disney Company.
The Disney Signature Experience Rotation Program is a full-time, entry-level program designed to provide recent college graduates with a hands-on learning experience with Disney Vacation Club, Disney Cruise Line, Story Living, or National Geographic Adventures & Expeditions. Participants will be able to experience this rotational program, rotating to 3 different positions over 18 months. Rotation experiences could be within Marketing, Sales, Operations, Pricing & Revenue Management, or Strategy & Analytics.
During the rotation program, participants will:
•Tackle relevant projects
•Participate in a robust development curriculum
•Develop critical technical and leadership skills
•Receive continued mentorship from peers and senior leaders
Upon completion of the program, successful participants will be placed in a role in alignment with their development and career interests, setting them up for future opportunities
We are currently seeking undergraduate seniors available for full-time employment beginning June 2024.
