We are currently seeking an Office Process Technician for our fast-paced Optical Lab located in Toldeo, OH. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team!

Job Summary

Perform a variety of production/office responsibilities such as: Order processing, Frame management, entering orders, eyewear frame tracing and order tray-up.

Position Responsibilities:

• Utilize frame tracer to trace ophthalmic eyewear.
• Be able to identify trace size discrepancies and adjust machine accordingly.
• Packaging of ophthalmic eyewear.
• Attention to detail.
• Accurate and timely frame and lens handling.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Receive and establish procedures for new products and file and organize product information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, plus one year of relevant work experience
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Accurate Data entry
• Ability to meet and maintain deadlines
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Ophthalmic and/or Digital Vision Inc. (DVI) Systems Software experience a plus, not required
