JOB SUMMARY
Assist the Account Executives, serving as the primary point
of contact for existing clients following up on projects, preparing and
submitting quotes, and coordinating incoming projects.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY (should be able to measure)
* Prepare proper documentation to produce projects to meet
client's specifications: including product specifications, order entry,
scheduling production, preparing distribution list and invoicing.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Process request for quotes and proposals on behalf of sales
personnel and assigned clients. Ensure
all requests are processed in a timely manner based on client's requirements.
* Coordinate and follow up with installations as required.
* Monitor client orders, change orders and communicate any
potential issues to clients, sales personnel and related production
departments.
* Process customer complaints as they relate to the Visual
Merchandising Customer Service group. Insure all issues are resolved and processed in a timely manner and
appropriate costs are passed on when applicable.
* Analyze and make recommendations for improving plant
processes where appropriate.
CRITICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Customer service experience in a printing or promotional
marketing business.
* Print production or traffic manager background in a fast
paced design/marketing environment translates well.
* Experience/competence with Microsoft Office, specifically,
Excel spreadsheets, Work and Outlook.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks in fast paced, high
energy environment.
* Great communication skills - verbal and written.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
* Work closely with clients on delivery schedules, product
specifications, and all concerns relating to their orders.

requirements.
