Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Key Holder to join our team. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store
- Train and develop retail associates to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, promotions, and operational updates
- Assist in scheduling and managing employee shifts

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis is preferred
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
