We are seeking qualified candidates ( preferring those whom are already life insurance licensed ) to fill some openings we currently have in our office. We are mainly looking for people who aspire for leadership along with good communication skills to help us with expansion of our office. A qualified candidate will have a strong understanding of the process, excelling at customer service with existing clients, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to adapt and adjust quickly when necessary.
They will be often tasked with giving presentations, attending weekly training events, and helping with professional development. It is essential that the candidate rep be personable and professional.
