• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers

• Help the team lead manage the influx of leads; Nurture and convert leads into clients, offering consultation, advice, and guidance throughout the real estate sales process

• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
• Show a track record of real estate success
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry

• A real estate license or pursuing one is required
• Client-focused agent with a track record offers a significant advantage
• Full-time real estate availability is preferred, but we are open to part-time agents who aspire to work full-time
