Applicants should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, and special events management. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing, and advertising is critical.

• Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message
• Oversee production of, deliver, and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
• Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers
• Manage website design, content, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
• Update all Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, and other social media posts and respond to followers
• Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth
• Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media
• Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company
• Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service
• Research competitors
• Be able to effectively manage time and multitask
• Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
• Monitor progress and submit performance reports
• Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications
• Design brochures and pamphlets for team
• Design signage for events
• Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, potential clients and build strategic partnerships

• Experience in Social Media, Events, Marketing preferred
