The Security/Concierge team of The Vineyards | California Armenian Home creates unforgettable long-term care experiences for our diverse senior population. Here you can use your skills in our fast-paced environment, in areas that range from leadership roles, culinary experiences, to lifestyle programs, and everything in between. No matter your role, you will help to provide a one-of-a-kind experience for our residents, guests, and staff. 

Position Summary: The Security Guard/Concierge is the first point of contact between guests, residents and staff. The Security Guard/Concierge will answer inquiries, direct guests, as well as, maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and staff members by; patrolling, monitoring surveillance equipment, access points, and permitting entry.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Obtains help by sounding alarms.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Maintains the environment by monitoring and setting up building and equipment controls.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Answers to inquiries
• Directs guests and phone calls
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

**Prior experience as a Security Guard or Concierge preferred.
