The position will be responsible for supporting the Director of Chemical Purchasing with heavy emphasis on West Coast operations, Mini-Bulk vendor selection, Commodity Chemical Sales growth with organization and profitability transparency, Point person for small package supply chain, Assist in new product and new vendor set up, and various other chemical supply chain support functions.

Must possess basic proficiency with technology. Must have excellent organization skills. Must possess moderate analytical skills. Must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Partner directly with our sales team on the West Coast and Zee-Loeffler (additional Corporate Support needed).
• Manage costs of all products (toll manufactured products, commodity products, mini-bulk products) for West Coast purchases.
• Develop and maintain a master document(s) that is housed within our internal SharePoint page to accurately track and accurately execute all West Cost supply chain functions.
• Create, organize and maintain a working document for all mini-bulk sales for Zee-Loeffler across the country.
• Assisting the VP of Brewery/Beverage Division, as well as the Director of Chemical Purchasing, with communications between mini-bulk vendors, to improve execution and margin.
• Assist the Director of Chemical Purchasing with raw material price negotiations for small volume materials for Zeco.
• Develop an internal SOP/Dashboard to execute commodity business more accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain pricing changes and communicate changes with internal/external sales divisions.
• Help coordinate new product set up in X3 as well as new vendor set up in X3.
• Point person to track and execute small package MRP processes.
• Help Director of Chemical Purchasing with vendor support for Customer RFQ's.
• Work directly with QSI to determine any total Vincit cost savings from outsourcing 3rd party bulk deliveries to existing QSI bulk chemical accounts.
