Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Marketing Supervisor, the Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting the Marketing and Sales Department in supporting the promotion of our exemplary care model, while recruiting new patients to our primary and specialty care centers.

Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: 

• Uphold The Villages® and The Villages Health brand standards. 
• Support daily administrative duties. 
• Ability to manage many projects at once while staying within deadline for each project. 
• Attend weekly meetings, take notes, and organize action items. 
• Support the scheduling of advertising efforts with outside vendors as needed. 
• High attention to detail and above average proofreading skills. 
• Utilize WordPress to manage website content. 
• Support the development and execution of campaigns. 
• Create and publish approved social medial posts. 
• Monitor and maintain integrity on local listings, such as Google. 
• Support in tracking of marketing campaigns to help determine return on investment. 
• Support with photo/video as needed. 
• Archive advertising and media assets including print and digital. 
• Support the preparation of reports and spreadsheets as requested. 
• Support the deployment of monthly mailings working internally & with outside vendors. 
• Provide ongoing support to marketing team leadership. 
• Support sales-driven events as needed. 
• Preparing & ordering marketing items & collateral as needed. 
• Providing support to team members with online marketing catalog when needed. 
• Other duties to support the marketing and sales department as assigned.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field preferred, or 2 years equivalent experience in related field. 
• Successful work experience as a marketing associate, marketing assistant or similar position 
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint 
• Proficiency with social media platforms 
• Ability to respond to online reviews in a timely manner with appropriate responses. 
• Displays the ability to follow up with team members and vendors to ensure projects are kept up-to-date and moving forward to meet deadlines. 
• Ability to manage website content through use of WordPress.
