Responsibilities include:

• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
• Accurately take orders from the guests with a positive attitude.
• Accurately write and input orders into computer system for transmittal to kitchen staff.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Collect payments from tables
• Knowledge of beer, liquor, wine, cocktails, etc.

Requirements:

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with all staff.
• Ability to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Ability to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $2.13 - $5.00 per hour
