Essential functions and responsibilities:

· Serving and preparing breakfast, lunch, and coffee for clients.

· Setting up and breaking down Drop-In center at the beginning and end of each workday including wheeling out the television, starting the coffee, ensuring the breakfast box is fully stocked, setting up client tables and making sure there is water to be served to clients.

· Helping create budget friendly weekly menus for cook days (Thursday & Friday)

· Setting up and breaking down food preparation stations; pulling cookware from the lockers, making sure we have all ingredients, cleaning dishes and wiping down table.

· Outreach to clients at Drop-in center throughout the day during down time.

· Monitoring the television for clients.

· Maintaining cleanliness of client area and personal work area, including the refrigerator, food cabinet, coffee table, microwave, and floor.

· Assisting with picking up trash around Drop-In center daily

· Maintaining Daily logs and paperwork including sign in sheets, daily encounter forms, locker logs and time sheets if necessary.

· Basic knowledge of essential services provided in the area for referrals.

· Maintain the cleanliness of Porta Potty daily.

· Restocking and keeping up with inventory of all food items.

· Familiarize self with all areas of the center including storage containers indoors and outdoors, lockers, file cabinets, and refrigerator.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
