Job Description

  • Document all medication management related information.
  • Notify LVN / LPN of any negative medication reactions.
  • Assist and / or manage all medication refills.
  • Update records as necessary.

Qualifications

  • AZ Caregiver Certification
  • First Aid / CPR certified
  • Food Handlers Card
  • Fingerprint Card
  • Pharmacy certificate
