Job description

State Tested Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • STNA's will help residents with daily care tasks including but not limited to bathing, cleaning, dressing, transporting, etc.
  • STNA's assure that all residents receive care in a manner and in an environment that maintains or enhances their quality of life and respecting their privacy.
  • STNA's will ensure that all resident care rooms, treatment areas, etc. are maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • An unencumbered State Tested Nursing Assistant License (STNA).
  • Must be a graduate of an approved Nurse’s Aide Training Program and pass a state approved competency evaluation.
  • Ability to work congenially with others, take direction and supervision from nurses and therapists.
