Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as our Director of Clinical Services to oversee all clinical operations for the company. The ideal candidate will lead our clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in alignment with regulatory standards and best practices.

This position requires travel to both our Johnson Creek and our Oconomowoc locations.

Duties:

- Provide leadership and direction to the clinical staff
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Oversee case management and ensure effective care coordination
- Manage nursing services, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations
- Utilize systems to track patient outcomes and quality metrics
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements - DHS 83

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within assisted living or healthcare setting
- Strong background in nurse management and case management
- Knowledge of critical care, physiology, and medical terminology
- Familiarity with hospice care services and medical records management
