Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as our Clinical Services Director to join our team. As Clinical Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of clinical operations within our organization. This is a leadership role that requires strong managerial skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

This position requires travel to both our Johnson Creek and our Oconomowoc locations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise clinical staff, including nurses, and care staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Oversee the coordination and delivery of resident care services
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical services provided
- Conduct regular audits of medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, promoting a positive work environment
- Develop and manage departmental budgets

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- In-depth knowledge of shift management and scheduling processes
- Proficiency in medical records management and documentation review
- Familiarity with resident rights regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance
- Experience in critical care settings and patient monitoring
- Ensure compliance with DHS 83
