Assistant Store Manager Job Responsibilities:

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales associates to operate our original Vermont Flannel location in Woodstock, VT.

Assistant Store Manager Job Duties:

• Assist the store manager with sourcing, recruiting and hiring, ensuring optimal staffing levels to achieve desired sales goals
• Set up the store in accordance with Vermont Flannel merchandising guidelines
• Support the execution of promotional plans to drive foot traffic to the store
• Provide onsite training, guidance, coaching and support to associates
• Provide detailed reporting and documentation to management
• Manage cash deposits

Assistant Store Manager Skills and Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in retail management.
• Excellent customer service, attentiveness and sales experience.
• Ability to direct others’ work and experience hiring and managing staff.
• Prior keyholder experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
