The right beverage director is committed to ensuring high-quality customer service from their team, along with craft cocktail training, inventory management, cocktail menu creation. The Vault requires AT LEAST TWO YEARS of craft cocktail experience (not beer, must have cocktail experience) AND AT LEAST TWO YEARS of beverage director experience. If you do not meet this requirement please do not apply. Some examples of responsibilities include:

• Prepare syrups, batches, and other preparations needs
• Build new cocktail menus seasonally, rotate beers & wines
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Order products & manage inventory
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Bar Requirements

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate
