Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a versatile Troubleshooting and Repair Technician to bolster our team. This role demands exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving prowess, along with a keen eye for detail. Experience within either the Van or RV industry is imperative, as is the ability to think critically and conduct thorough research using various resources such as YouTube, Google, manufacturer's manuals, and direct communication with manufacturers. Familiarity with van-specific systems, including heater systems, electrical setups, and the installation of exterior fixtures such as racks and lights, is highly advantageous. Additionally, proficiency in vehicle lifts and carpentry skills are desirable attributes. Extensive experience with hand tools is a prerequisite for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve issues with van systems and components.
• Conduct thorough research to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Install and maintain van-specific systems, including heaters, electrical setups, and exterior fixtures.
• Perform vehicle lifts and carpentry tasks as required.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in troubleshooting and repair within the Van or RV industry.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with van-specific systems and components.
• Proficiency in conducting research using various resources.
• Experience with vehicle lifts and carpentry is advantageous.
• Extensive experience with hand tools.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
