VayK Life is a one-of-its-kind rental service to all of those summertime lovers out there. We want you to enjoy care-free beach fun and get the most out of your family vacation without the hassle of bringing your own stuff. We offer an array of beach gear delivered directly to your home or vacation rental. Our team is growing and we are looking for part-time, seasonal team leads to help oversee our warehouse team and delivery drivers.
Gear Associate
The Gear Associate will be responsible for work inside of the warehouse. They will be responsible for daily activities within the warehouse such as picking and packing, inventory management, and maintaining safety best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing, sorting within the warehouse
- Repair and maintenance of rental bikes both in the field and warehouse, training provided
- Ensure working environment is safe and clean at all times
- Clear communication with co-workers and Team Leads
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and cleaned properly after each rental
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
Skills & Requirements:
- 1 year of warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, systems, and management
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices
- Organizational and time management skills
Job Type: Seasonal
Salary: $15.00 per hour
