Responsibilities:

• Assist in mixing dough according to recipes and ensuring consistency in quality and taste.
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens and mixers.
• Bake a variety of cookies, ensuring they are baked to perfection and meet our high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and following food safety protocols.
• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, and provide helpful assistance in selecting products.
• Process transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash and card payments efficiently.
• Answer customer questions about ingredients, flavors, and allergens with knowledge and confidence.
• Assist with stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and maintaining a visually appealing display of products.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in baking or food preparation preferred, but not required. We're willing to train the right candidate!
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Basic math skills and the ability to operate a POS system.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $18.75 - $21.75 per hour
