We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling services, merchandise, and many other responsibilities in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Estimate and pack customers items for shipping
• Fax, copy, and other light duty office work

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills

The UPS Stores in Prescott, Prescott Valley & Chino Valley are in need of an awesome Sales Associate, we are ready to hire you to help us! We prefer you have a minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a position with direct customer contact such as retail or restaurant industries. Your own reliable transportation is required as you may be asked to work at any of 4 locations, based on scheduling needs. You must be available to work Monday through Friday 8am - 6:30pm , Saturdays 9am - 3pm & Sundays 10am - 3pm.

Overtime may also be required during the Holiday season.
