We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, employee recruitment, and/or retail management.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• General housekeeping / store maintenance & cleaning
• Sort incoming mail / packages
• Team player
• Must be willing to become a notary public
• Willingness to learn or display knowledge of the Adobe CS suites, Microsoft Office products, Point of Sale, Counter Manifest System (CMS), other technology on site
• Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
• Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
• Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions
• Continuously eager to grow, learn, and train - Learning to expertly pack and ship items, produce quality print products, education of our products through upsell and cross sell
• Creating an atmosphere that is fun and welcoming to customers and teammates
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Good communication and people skills
• Excellent packing skills (preferred)
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields (preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Outstanding phone skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
• Tech savvy / computer literate (required)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Fast paced
• Lift 50 lbs
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
