Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our UPS Store location on Walsingham. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional shipping / return experiences. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, processing shipments / returns, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
Responsibilities:
-Give outstanding customer service to all customers and telephone inquires
-Provide accurate information to customers on shipping, products, and services
-Take action to learn all of our products and services offerings
-Be able to operate all of our equipment ( various computer systems, fax machine, copy machine, etc)
-Maintain a organized and clean working environment
Requirements:
- Have experience with technology
- Strong communication skills
- Be able to lift a minimum of 50 LBS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- 8 to 10 hour shifts
- Available to work weekdays/weekends
- Previous experience in the industry is a plus
-High school diploma or equivalent
Please note that this position may require lifting of heavy items and standing for extended periods.
We are a locally owned and operated store. We are looking to add another person to our team team! We need a team member who is familiar with technology and can work efficiently during busy times. We offer a flexible schedule as well!
