Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Print Technician to join our team. As a Print Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various printing equipment to produce high-quality print materials. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise in print production and a strong attention to detail.

Duties:
- Operate and maintain printing equipment, including presses, prepress systems, and finishing machines
- Set up and adjust printing machines according to job specifications
- Monitor print quality throughout the production process and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate reproduction of layout designs
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing process
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Print Technician or in a similar role
- Proficient in print advertising techniques and processes
- Knowledge of press operations, prepress procedures, and finishing techniques
- Familiarity with forklift operation for material handling purposes
- Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and color theory
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite software for print production
- Ability to perform quality control checks to ensure accurate and consistent output
- Basic machining skills for maintenance tasks is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
