```Duties```

-Job will Start around end of March/April

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

- Provide information about products, services, and availability

- Assist customers with making reservations and bookings

- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations of the reservation center

```Qualifications But not Required :) ```

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers

- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services

- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation

- Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in Spanish, is a plus

- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor

- Knowledge of electronics sales is preferred but not required

- Proficient in phone etiquette, including active listening and effective communication
