The UPS Store is Hiring a Customer Service Associate Near Bakersfield, CA
We are looking to expand our team with energetic, customer service associates.
Duties include: Processing shipments and returns. Checking in of daily incoming packages for mailbox holders. Sorting of daily mail. Performing livescan digital fingerprinting services.
Qualified candidates will be good communicators, have a pleasant demeanor, and experienced in customer service.
Must have computer knowledge with attention to Office 365, Email (Outlook) and a touchscreen Point of Sale. Experience with graphic design is a major plus.
We are open seven days a week, with rotating weekend schedules. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift 50 lbs. Standing, squatting, bending and lifting is required daily for this position- and so is Smiling!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Shift:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
Work Location: In person
