We are seeking a UPS Store Associate to join our great team! We get great reviews from our customers. They consistently compliment us on how friendly and helpful we are...and how efficiently we get things done.

This is a Part-Time position for someone with some schedule flexibility. We need someone who can work 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and Sundays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Your actual shifts may vary according to staffing needs.

We have a professional development track and provide bonuses and commissions that will bring you to the equivalent of $16/hr or more.

(We have a shift differential on weekends that makes this attractive).

If you are legal to work in the USA, have a pleasant outlook on life, can lift and carry up to 35 lbs many times a day, can spend a lot of time standing and walking, and can get to work on time every day, are coachable and teachable, then you are a great candidate.

Here are the steps to getting hired:

2. Call the store owner by phone and have a conversation. If this goes well, you'll be asked to go to the store and meet with the store manager.

3. Go to the store and talk with the store manager. Get a feel for the place. Talk about how you'd fit into our excellent team. If this goes well, you'll be invited to start work with us.

4. Start work. You'll receive on-the-job training for a few days while you decide if this is right for you, and while we see how well you fit the job and fit the vibe of the business. If this goes well, you will work with us for a few weeks of a trial period before being put on the team.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, printing and copying, or other related fields

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and identify customer needs
• Help customers with their needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Ring up sales
• Monitor inventory to ensure the products are in stock
• Pack and process customer shipments
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Help people fax or copy documents
• Order and process print jobs for customers
• Assist co-workers with various tasks
• Keep the store and bathroom clean and attractive
• Continue to learn about the services we offer and how to better deliver them for customers
