The Retail Sales Associate responsibilities:
To deliver world-class customer service to all retail customers
- receive and process packages for courier shipment
- operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices
- expertly advise our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options
- exhibit confidence by knowing best sales practices as related to the industry
- deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquires
- continuously practice good listening skills with customers and The UPS Store team members
- take ownership of the customers shipping problem with world-class customer service and offer
viable solutions
- take action to learn all product and service offerings and alternative solutions
- deliver mail and packages to the proper mailbox holder
- maintain a clean and safe working environment
