Since our inception in 1997, we've upheld a steadfast commitment to delivering top-tier care to our diverse patient population.

With a combined capacity to serve 114 patients across our primary unit in Plattsburgh and our satellite facility in Elizabethtown, 37 miles south, the energy is dynamic, and the teamwork is unparalleled.
