Grants Supervisor

Acts as point person for inquiries and for team members as pertains to grants, contracts, and University guidelines while managing large projects across disciplines and faculty. Reviews submissions for compliance and advises on administrative requirements. Prepares proposal elements and monitors proposal status. Collaborates to manage the subcontract process. Develops budgets, budget justifications, and project management plans.

Serves as the point person for team members on grants and contract issues, as well as questions related to University guidelines; provide guidance on research-related regulations; review grant and proposal submissions; manage subcontracting process; advise on budget adjustments and revisions; develop project management plans; and manage large projects that span across multiple disciplines and faculty.

Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Little physical effort required. Duties are primarily sedentary.
