Responsibilities

Provides support to oncology patients, as well as the social worker, physicians and clinical staff in both the medical and radiation oncology offices by identifying appropriate social services for the patient. This includes helping with paperwork required to obtain the services or support the patient.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• An associate's or bachelor's degree in social work, social sciences, human services, or related will be preferred but not required.
• Experience in social work may be advantageous.
• Experience in financial navigation may be advantageous
