The University Club of Rockford is seeking a General Manager to run their local Club. This individual will manage all aspects of the Club operations, including its activities and the relationships among the Club and its Board of Directors, members, guests, employees, and community. The General Manager coordinates and administers the Club's policies as defined by the Board of Directors and will implement and monitor the budget, the quality of the Club's services, and ensure member and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or industry training equivalent with a proven record of food and beverage operations. At least three years of experience in food and beverage management is desired. Experience at a private club and CMAA Membership preferred.

Salary commensurate with experience plus a performance-based incentive bonus.
