Job Description:

As the Dispensary Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our dispensary. This position requires a blend of leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dispensary, including inventory management, sales analysis, and staff supervision.
  • Utilize Excel to analyze Point of Sale (POS) data, identify sales trends, and implement strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Foster a positive work environment by providing ongoing training, support, and feedback to staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis products.
  • Manage vendor relationships, product selection, and inventory levels to meet customer demand and maximize sales.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, with a focus on safety, security, and exceptional customer service.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of dispensary operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience, preferably in a cannabis dispensary or retail environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience analyzing POS data to drive business decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Thorough knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
  • Familiarity with state and local regulations pertaining to cannabis sales and compliance.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary in the range of $55,000 and up annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Bonus incentive structure tied to performance metrics and revenue goals.
  • Revenue sharing opportunity: 5% of revenue for every dollar over $5,000 in daily sales, or the monthly equivalent.
