JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Client is looking for Cultivation/Harvest Assistants to help out the Cultivation and Harvest Teams in growing cannabis. You'll be involved in various tasks like trimming, moving plants around, cleaning spaces, and watering.

This position is in Pinconning, MI.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and set up rooms
• Wash buckets, trays, and sprayers
• Help with harvesting, pruning, transplanting, and more
• Stay focused on tasks
• Trim, remove leaves, and process buds

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Love for cannabis and the industry
• Stand, bend, lift over 30 lbs, and handle heat
• Team player and able to work alone
• Follow instructions well
• Take feedback from managers for quality and goals
• Always show up on time with high energy

Schedule and Pay:

• Monday - Friday
• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hourly wage: $13.50
