The Union Banking Company is a small community bank with a branch office in Belle Center, OH. The main office is located in West Mansfield, OH. Our goal is to serve the financial needs of our local and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities:

· Perform teller and clerical duties such as cashing checks, taking deposits, opening new accounts, filing, data entry, and document preparation.

· Provide exceptional customer service to clients in-person by phone and email.

· Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure smooth operations.

· Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

· Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive customer information.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in cash handling and customer service preferred.

· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
