STORE MANAGER

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Store Manager at our Leeds, AL store. As the Store Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store by assuming total store accountability for sales, profitability, and loss prevention. Ensure a complete shopping experience for our customers, which involve product knowledge and personal assistance.

The Position Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Maintain the highest level of store presentation standards.
• Hire and develop staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Opening and closing store.
• Marketing to help promote the business and obtain new accounts.

Requirements:

• Previous management experience required and retail experience preferred.
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate employees.
• Computer and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Flexible work schedule; open availability needed.
• Some heavy lifting and ability to stand during the majority of shift.
• Must work a full shift one Saturday per pay period.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
