Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead Handyman and team in the execution of various repair, maintenance, and renovation tasks in clients' homes.
• Support the setup and organization of job sites, ensuring all tools, materials, and equipment are readily available and in working order.
• Handle the transportation of tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites as needed.
• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items, as well as cleaning and preparing work areas.
• Assist with demolition, construction, and cleanup activities during larger projects.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to a safe and efficient workspace.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with project requirements.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices to protect the well-being of team members, clients, and oneself.
• Assist in documenting work performed, tracking materials used, and providing support as required for project records.
• Embrace opportunities for learning and professional development to expand skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and contribute as a General Laborer / Helper in a handyman team.
• Physical fitness and stamina to engage in physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude, with a commitment to reliability and punctuality.
• An aptitude for teamwork, with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus, though on-the-job training will be provided.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record, with the capability to transport tools and equipment to job sites as needed.
• Commitment to safety, following safety protocols, and actively promoting a safe working environment.
• Flexibility in work hours to accommodate the scheduling needs of clients and the team.
• A strong sense of responsibility and respect for clients' homes and property.
• Eagerness to contribute to the success of the handyman team and the satisfaction of clients.
