Job Title: Solutions AnalystReports To:  Solutions Architect
Classification:  Full Time – Non-Exempt

Core PurposeThe Solutions Analyst will act in a support capacity to Business Analysts and IT to research, develop, and implement strategic initiatives and business needs.

Responsibilities▪ Shows a commitment to The Trust Company’s Mission, Core Values, and Client Promise.
▪ Conducts research and compiles data related to IT and business solutions and documentation.
▪ Researches modern technology solutions that improve Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365 environments.
▪ Stays up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate systems.
▪ Tests the functionality of Power Apps to identify basic problems and recommend solutions.
▪ Researches, develops, and implements changes to business solution processes.
▪ Gathers critical information regarding data architecture and recommends solutions for data management.
▪ Prepares documentation for developed processes.
▪ Develops documentation for training end users on self-service processes.
▪ Maintains a keen sense of confidentiality and complies with company policies.
▪ Provides tier 1 solutions troubleshooting to staff and vendors; Validates results by testing solutions.
▪ Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and the IT Team to resolve issues and make certain solutions viable and consistent with the TTC infrastructure.
▪ Provides IT project management lifecycle support between business units to ensure successful project completion.
▪ Assist with training employees on data security issues and basic corporate systems.
▪ Additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications▪ Associate degree in information technology or computer science
▪ Experience in OS-level scripting environment, such as PowerShell
▪ Experience in IT or database administration a plus
▪ Clear understanding of technology, data mining and modern, cloud-based solutions
▪ Understanding of PowerBI or Tableau preferred
▪ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
▪ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
▪ Organized with strong conceptual and research skills
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
▪ Critical thinker who displays accuracy and attention to detail
